Política de reembolso

Returns:

Once an order has been placed and is in progress, cancellations are not possible as each piece is customized, and materials are allocated based on the order. While we are happy to address most manufacturing defects, please remember that each pearl is unique and may slightly differ in size and appearance.

For any issues, please email us at racezz.pearl@gmail.com with your order number and a high-resolution photo of the damaged item. We will evaluate each case individually. Please note, all approved return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

 

Conditions:

For  authorized refunds, items must be returned in their original packaging or a sturdy hard case to prevent damage during shipping. Items that are improperly packaged and get damaged in transit cannot be replaced. Products that have been worn and are damaged, whether intentionally or accidentally, are not considered faulty and will not be eligible for return.

 

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed only after a return is authorized and approved. Once the returned item is inspected, we may issue in-store credit, offer price adjustments for future purchases, or, in exceptional cases, refund the original payment method.
